Senior Zoho Developer

Our brand ecosystem spans high-end fitness clubs healthy dining spa and clinic services and digital products all unified by a seamless experience. We are scaling fast across wellness hospitality and F&B and we re looking for a hands-on Senior Zoho Developer to help us build a smart scalable infrastructure. You will own and optimize all Zoho-based systems across our business verticals and support the development and integration of our mobile app. This is a strategic execution role perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving automation and delivering fast reliable tech.ResponsibilitiesCustomize and maintain the Zoho One suite: CRM Creator Books Inventory Flow People Sign etc.Build workflows automations custom modules and reports to streamline operations across fitness F&B spa retail and clinic services.Integrate Zoho with third-party tools and internal apps (POS payment gateways gate access etc.).Ensure performance consistency and data accuracy across systems.Collaborate with external app developers (Flutter/Firebase) to connect mobile front ends with Zoho back-end logic.Define test and manage APIs user flows and customer data structures.Support app roadmap and cross-brand digital features.Design dashboards and reports to support finance operations and customer success.Automate data flows across departments (e.g. bookings transactions inventory HR).Implement and manage role-based access user permissions and workflows.Manage relationships with outsourced developers software vendors and API providers.Ensure delivery timelines QA and security standards are met.Coordinate with internal teams to scope launch and refine digital tools.Requirements5 years of experience in Zoho One (Creator CRM Books Flow etc.) must haveStrong understanding of business logic across F&B hospitality wellness or retailExperience with API integrations and low-code/no-code automationFamiliarity with Flutter/Firebase architecture is a plusProven ability to manage multiple systems and third-party vendorsExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsStrong communication able to bridge tech and businessBased in Dubai or willing to relocate immediatelyBackground in wellness hospitality or multi-brand environmentsExperience with POS access control loyalty systems or franchise tech setupsUnderstanding of mobile UX and customer journey from app to serviceBenefitsCompetitive Salary: Based on experience and responsibilitiesClub Access: Full access to SEVEN Wellness Club facilities and classesF&B Discount: 50% off all in-house food and beverage items at The Dose by SilvenaCareer Growth: Opportunities to grow across SEVEN s expanding group of brandsSupportive Culture: A team-oriented environment that values initiative professionalism and well-being#J-18808-Ljbffr
