Senior Workforce Planning Analyst

Role : Senior Workforce Planning Analyst (UAE National only)Location : Abu DhabiRole Purpose:Work in partnership with all business units on areas related to manpower planning & organizational structures to make recommendations to ADIB management.Key AccountabilitiesManage the head count planning model to forecast head count for ADIBCollect head count requests from all divisions and provide detailed and summarized input for department for the preparation of the manpower budgetControl the manpower plan and review with the management at regular intervals the variance of actual head count against budget plan for each quarter to ensure the manpower ceiling for each year is adhered to and conduct meetings to discuss the variances with divisionsWork with all ADIB divisions in updating their organization charts and make sure it reflects the main objectives for their organizationsLiaise with all ADIB divisions to verify Head count statistics for all their staff details on monthly basisPromote equality and propose ideas to management in order to embrace the Emiratization agenda within the workforce planning processReport on variance of actual head count against Emiratization head count target for each division to managementPrepare HR costing for Budget and provide management by analysis on staff costing.Work in partnership with organizations and colleagues to identify and resolve workforce-planning trendsSpecialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analystKnowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets like (Excel)knowledge of how to create and modify organizational structures with systems such as (Visio)Familiarity with Human Resources Management SystemsStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to engage across organization levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsRequired EducationBS in Mathematics Computer Science Information Management/Statistics or another relevant fieldRequired ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years in relevant field.UAE National onlyRequired Experience:Senior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
