In addition to your competitive package and benefits you will have access to a suite of policies that include hybrid working arrangements, individual athletic sponsorship, study assistance sponsorship, employee referral rewards.ResponsibilitiesOur newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Wet Engineer to join our award‑winning team in Riyadh, Saudi.Develop and maintain professional relationships with the client and utility stakeholders to ensure program and project requirements are met.Lead wet utilities design implementation, including potable water, stormwater, and sewage networks, ensuring compliance with design specifications and KSA standards.Plan, coordinate, and supervise utility relocation and temporary diversions during construction.Demonstrate awareness of trenchless drilling techniques, including microtunnelling and horizontal directional drilling, and advise on their application where appropriate.Ensure technical coordination with utility bodies, including troubleshooting and proactive problem‑solving to resolve conflicts or site issues.Manage interface coordination between multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, MEP, and contractors) and utility authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.Provide technical guidance to contractors and site teams, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and implementing wet utility solutions.Work closely with the design office of large contractors, ensuring alignment between design intent and construction methodologies.Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation and reports on wet utility works.Support project scheduling, cost estimation, and quality assurance related to wet utility works.QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include;Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.Minimum 12+ years overall experience in infrastructure projects, with 4–7 years in and around Riyadh.Proven experience in wet utilities construction and knowledge of construction methodologies for sewage, potable water, and stormwater systems.Previous experience in utility relocation, temporary diversions, and coordination with utility authorities.Awareness of trenchless drilling techniques and their application in urban infrastructure projects.Experience working with large contractors’ design offices and implementing practical wet utility solutions.Strong interface management, troubleshooting, and proactive problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Candidates with experience working with major government utilities in Saudi Arabia are preferred.KEO’s performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
