In addition to your competitive package and benefits you will have access to a suite of policies that include hybrid working arrangements, individual athletic sponsorship, study assistance sponsorship, employee referral rewards.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Wet Engineer to join our award‑winning team in Riyadh, Saudi.</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain professional relationships with the client and<b>utility stakeholders</b>to ensure program and project requirements are met.</li><li>Lead<b>wet utilities design implementation</b>, including potable water, stormwater, and sewage networks, ensuring compliance with design specifications and KSA standards.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and supervise<b>utility relocation and temporary diversions</b>during construction.</li><li>Demonstrate<b>awareness of trenchless drilling techniques</b>, including microtunnelling and horizontal directional drilling, and advise on their application where appropriate.</li><li>Ensure<b>technical coordination with utility bodies</b>, including troubleshooting and proactive problem‑solving to resolve conflicts or site issues.</li><li>Manage<b>interface coordination</b>between multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, MEP, and contractors) and utility authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.</li><li>Provide<b>technical guidance</b>to contractors and site teams, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and implementing wet utility solutions.</li><li>Work closely with the<b>design office of large contractors</b>, ensuring alignment between design intent and construction methodologies.</li><li>Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation and reports on wet utility works.</li><li>Support project scheduling, cost estimation, and quality assurance related to wet utility works.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include;</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in<b>Civil Engineering</b>or related discipline.</li><li>Minimum<b>12+ years overall experience</b>in infrastructure projects, with<b>4–7 years in and around Riyadh</b>.</li><li>Proven experience in<b>wet utilities construction</b>and knowledge of<b>construction methodologies for sewage, potable water, and stormwater systems</b>.</li><li>Previous experience in<b>utility relocation, temporary diversions, and coordination with utility authorities</b>.</li><li>Awareness of<b>trenchless drilling techniques</b>and their application in urban infrastructure projects.</li><li>Experience working with<b>large contractors’ design offices</b>and implementing practical wet utility solutions.</li><li>Strong<b>interface management, troubleshooting, and proactive problem‑solving skills</b>.</li><li>Excellent<b>communication and stakeholder management</b>abilities.</li><li>Candidates with experience working with<b>major government utilities in Saudi Arabia</b>are preferred.</li></ul><p>KEO’s performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
