Senior Relationship Manager – Digital Assets WealthA leading digital assets and financial services firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Relationship Manager to join its growing wealth platform in Dubai.This is a senior commercial role focused on developing and managing relationships with High‑Net‑Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Family Offices, while driving capital raising across a suite of digital asset investment solutions, including structured products, fund strategies, and access/index products.The role is suited to an experienced private banking or wealth management professional with a strong investment background and an interest in digital assets as an emerging asset class. The successful candidate will play an important role in building and scaling the firm’s client franchise in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesOriginate and convert a pipeline of HNW and Family Office prospects into long‑term clientsDrive capital raising across the firm’s digital asset investment product suiteManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and onboarding through to ongoing relationship managementAchieve AUM growth and revenue targets aligned with the firm’s expansion strategyClient Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact and trusted adviser for a book of HNW and Family Office clientsConduct regular portfolio reviews and investment discussions with clientsIdentify opportunities to deepen relationships through cross‑selling and allocation across the product suiteDeliver a high standard of client service and relationship managementProduct & Market ExpertiseDevelop strong knowledge of the firm’s digital asset investment strategies and productsStay informed on digital asset market developments and broader macro trendsProvide market insights and client feedback to internal investment and product teamsSupport the ongoing development of the firm’s investment offeringCandidate Profile7+ years’ experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Institutional SalesStrong investment and wealth management backgroundProven track record in client acquisition and building a book of businessExisting HNW or Family Office network highly advantageousLocation: DubaiCompensation: Highly competitive package with strong performance incentives and benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
