Senior Waiter

We are seeking an experienced and professional Senior Waiter to join our upscale dining establishment in the heart of Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Waiter you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning guests while leading and mentoring our service team.Provide outstanding customer service ensuring guest satisfaction at all timesLead and mentor junior wait staff setting high standards for service excellenceTake and process guest orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) systemDemonstrate extensive knowledge of our menu including ingredients preparation methods and wine pairingsUpsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience and increase revenueMaintain a clean and organized dining area adhering to food safety and hygiene standardsHandle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiencyResolve guest concerns promptly and professionallyCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food deliveryAssist in training new team members on service procedures and standardsAdapt to changing needs in a fast-paced luxury dining environmentQualifications : 3-5 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurantsPrevious leadership experience as a head waiter or team leadExcellent customer service skills with a professional and supportive demeanorStrong communication and interpersonal skillsIn-depth knowledge of food service international cuisine and dining etiquetteProficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systemsExtensive wine and beverage knowledgeDemonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsBasic math skills for handling financial transactionsHigh school diploma or equivalentFood safety certification (preferred)Wine certification such as Sommelier certification (preferred)Familiarity with luxury hospitality standardsFlexibility to work in different locations within Dubai as neededRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Correspondent,Car Driving,Leasing,Attorney At Law,Home Care,AC Maintenance Experience: years Vacancy: 1
