Job Description You will be joining the Creative Services team at Marsh Risk in Pune, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management. The UK Specialty Aviation team within Marsh is seeking a Design Manager to ensure the collaterals are competitive, compelling, and aligned with client objectives. Your responsibilities will include working with the Aviation team to develop collaterals for key stakeholders, supporting leaders in designing growth & strategy materials, maintaining corporate brand standards, and possessing a client-centric approach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with the UK Aviation team to develop collaterals for internal and external clients, ensuring effective communication to appropriate audiences. - Collaborate with senior leaders to develop key messaging and storytelling through strategy presentations. - Design Growth & Strategy materials, client presentations, sales pitch meetings, and event collateral. - Balance creative ideation and timely delivery while maintaining corporate brand standards. - Switch between projects effectively to meet business priorities. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate degree or certification in Fine Arts / Applied Arts. - 5 to 8 years of experience in a Design team within a corporate environment. - Prior experience in Consulting / SSC / Financial Services setup. - Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud/Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). - Print design experience across various outputs. - Strong foundational knowledge of typography, branding, print production techniques. - Ability to communicate design choices and concepts effectively. **Additional Details:** Marsh is a global leader in risk, reinsurance, and capital, advising clients in 130 countries.
