YAZ Media is seeking a talented and creative Senior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. As a Senior Video Editor, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and visually powerful video content that resonates with diverse audiences, while maintaining a consistent brand identity across multiple platforms. Your strong storytelling instincts, technical editing expertise, and ability to create short, engaging, and high-impact video content will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual narratives for our clients. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to transform concepts into polished, audience-driven video assets.Responsibilities and DutiesLead end-to-end post-production for high-impact video content across digital, social, and campaign platformsOwn creative and technical decision-making for video edits, ensuring exceptional quality and storytelling standardsIntegrate AI-powered tools into editing workflows to enhance efficiency, creativity, and scalabilityEdit and optimize short-form, long-form, and performance-driven video content (ads, reels, TikToks, YouTube, brand films)Apply advanced color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effectsCollaborate closely with creative directors, strategists, and clients to elevate concepts through videoDevelop and maintain efficient post-production pipelines, templates, and best practicesReview, refine, and approve final edits before deliveryManage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesMentor and provide creative direction to junior editorsStay ahead of emerging video trends, AI tools, formats, and platform algorithmsPreferred QualificationsExtensive experience as a Senior Video Editor or Lead Editor (agency or production environment preferred)Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and modern post-production toolsStrong experience using AI-driven video tools (e.g., AI-assisted editing, auto-captioning, upscaling, generative visuals, voice enhancement, workflow automation)Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, performance metrics, and audience engagementAdvanced color grading and sound design skillsProven ability to create high-performing social and digital video contentStrong leadership, mentoring, and feedback skillsAbility to translate creative strategy into polished, platform-ready video contentHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex workloadsFluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating advanced editing and innovative use of AI#J-18808-Ljbffr
