Job Description Role Overview: As a UI/UX/Product Designer at our company, you will scope, align, and lead design work by partnering with product managers and stakeholders to define design opportunities. You will be responsible for creating interactive prototypes in Figma, defining UI states and edge cases clearly in design, and documenting interaction and component behavior. Additionally, you will design complex workflows, dive deep into understanding privacy workflows, and deliver end-to-end design solutions for web and mobile applications, particularly in the eCommerce domain. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of UI/UX/Product Design experience for web and mobile applications, preferably in the eCommerce domain. - Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, interaction design, auto-layout, components/variants, and libraries. - Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams, asking tough questions, and building consensus. - Ability to design complex, multi-step workflows and consider edge cases, permissions, integrations, and scalability. - Clear articulation of design rationale, trade-offs, and business impact. - Experience in complex workflow design, preferably in multi-user, multi-role systems. - Prior B2B/enterprise product experience and examples of shipped work with measurable impact. - Front-end development skills such as component-based UI thinking, responsive designs, and feasibility considerations. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS or experience collaborating closely with FE teams. - Experience with usability testing and analytics-informed design. - Knowledge of React, Next Js, Storybook, and other frameworks is a plus. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in science with a technical background. - Good interpersonal skills in English, both spoken and written, as you will work with overseas teams.
