Senior UX-UI

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with a proven track record of designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of expertise in user experience and interface design, with advanced skills in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.The role requires designing and optimizing web applications and mobile app interfaces for a government environment, ensuring compliance with UAE design standards, accessibility guidelines, and multilingual requirements (Arabic/English).Key ResponsibilitiesLead the UI/UX design lifecycle: research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, usability testing, and final delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into user-friendly digital experiences.Translate complex business needs into Intuitive workflows, user journeys, and interactive prototypesDesign responsive web application interfaces and mobile applications (iOS & Android) that align with user needs and government service standards.Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions.Ensure compliance with UAE government digital guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and bilingual (Arabic/English) UI design best practices.Maintain and evolve the design system and UI style guide for consistency across applications.Stay updated with the latest design trends, prototyping tools, and front-end technologies to ensure modern, scalable, and innovative design solutions.Qualifications10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with government or large enterprise projects.Proven expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).Strong knowledge of requirements analysis and ability to transform business/user needs into creative UI/UX concepts.Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform design (web & mobile).Experience with design systems, component libraries, and prototyping tools.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with development teams.Strong understanding of UX research methodologies: interviews, surveys, A/B testing, usability testing.Knowledge of accessibility and inclusivity design standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508, etc.).Experience working in UAE government or public sector projects (preferred).Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work in a multicultural environment.Comfortable handling large-scale digital transformation projects.Adept at balancing user needs with business goals.#J-18808-Ljbffr
