Senior Utility Specialist/Dry Utility Design manager/Dry Utility Lead Manager CVs – Dry/Electrical

The seconded staff should be able to provide engineering services required for preparing infrastructure planning concept and master plans, all wet and dry utilities corridors distribution and design, all wet and dry utilities corridors and services networks conflict resolution. The works shall be under the supervision of the client’s representative and as per his directions.Min. Background & EducationEngineering Graduate preferably with a Master’s degree in a specific Utility.Min. Experience20 yrs+ International experience of which 10+ Qatar in major infrastructure planning and design works with site construction experience.Experience in the design and supervision of the installation of Infrastructure dry utilitiesExperience in working with Primary & Distribution Substations 22kv (From design stage to handing over stage)Experience in working on MV networks conceptual design (Single Line) & Protection SchemesExperience in the testing & commissioning of all electrical system components/equipmentAbility to resolve technical issues and clashes during the design development process with other stakeholders.Experience in dealing with authorities for cases involving departure from standards (i.e. sub-standard design).Review and recommend samples, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.Experience with High voltage & extra High voltage networksSpecialized in the design of LV & MV schemesFamiliar with Qatar Transmission Grid Code and its requirementsFamiliar with Kahramaa rules and regulations and their internal processes with hands on experience in coordinating with Kahramaa stakeholders on technical matters for approvals.Experience in planning, designing and optimizing electrical requirements of plot subdivisions in line with local codes & standardsFamiliar with relevant software for design of dry utilitiesInterested candidates may share their updated resume with the subject line to : (emailprotected)#J-18808-Ljbffr
