We are looking for a highly experiencedSenior Unreal Engine Environment Artistto join our team atiBLOXX Studios DMCC, Dubai.** This is aglobally open role— we welcome applications from talented individuals in any geography around the world.In this senior role, you will lead the creation of high-quality, immersive hyper-realistic environments that define the visual identity of our games. You will collaborate closely with art, design, and engineering teams to deliver visually stunning and technically robust worlds that elevate player experience.Please note:Applications from 3D Generalists or Props Artists will not be considered for the role. This position is strictly for senior-level Environment Artists.ResponsibilitiesLead the creation of high-quality environments in Unreal Engine from blockout to final polishDefine and maintain visual benchmarks, pipelines, and environment art standardsCollaborate with our Asset Artists, Level Designers, and Technical Artists to ensure cohesive world-buildingOptimize environments for performance while maintaining high visual fidelityMentor and support junior environment artists, providing guidance and feedbackWork closely with technical teams to implement shaders, lighting, and material setupsContribute to improving workflows and production efficiencyStay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologiesRequirements5+ years of professional experience as an Environment Artist in game developmentExpert-level proficiency in Unreal EngineStrong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and environmental storytellingProven experience shipping high-quality PC, mobile or console titlesDeep knowledge of optimization techniques and real-time rendering pipelinesStrong material and shader creation skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesA strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level environment work in Unreal Engine (required)We are looking for passionate, driven, and creative professionals who thrive on solving challenges and share our love for gaming and interactive entertainment.If this sounds like opportunity perfect for you, then please send your application along with your salary expectations to:hr@ibloxx.com We are excited to talk to you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
