Senior UIUX Designer Banking

We are currently looking for Senior UI/UX Designer for our UAE operations.EXPERIENCE 4-6 years of experience in UI & UX Bachelors degree in design or equivalent area Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization Experience with design tools like Sketch Adobe Suite and Figma Experience with conducting user research usability testing A/B testing rapid prototyping Knowledge of Agile software development process Knowledge of Design Systems is a plusTECHINCAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Experience with designing quality consumer products as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology. 50% Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated but also a team player with a professional presence. 10% Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite Figma Sketch or other tools for product design. 10% Experience with conducting user research usability testing A/B testing rapid prototyping 10% Knowledge of Agile software development process 20%KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Be highly analytical as well as highly creative and consistently demonstrate superb design writing and presentation skills. Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.
