Senior UI/UX Designer (6–8 Years Experience)

Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer with 6–8 years of industry experience to lead and enhance the user experience across our digital products. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging, and scalable interfaces for web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design of high-quality UI/UX for web and mobile applications.Translate business and user needs into functional, visually appealing design solutions.Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.Collaborate with developers to ensure flawless implementation of designs.Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and component libraries.Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.Contribute to UX strategies and product decisions through design thinking methodologies.Requirements & Qualifications:6–8 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience across web and mobile platforms.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and design systems.Experience with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or similar prototyping and hand-off tools.Solid grasp of HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory but a plus).Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills, processes, and delivered projects.Nice to Have:Experience working with B2B or SaaS products.Motion design and micro-interaction experience.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).Exposure to design for multilingual and RTL interfaces.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.Benefits:Competitive salary package.Opportunity to work on global projects and cutting-edge products.Dynamic and supportive work culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
