Senior Treasury Manager

The IN Group are partnering with a leading multinational pharmaceutical business to appoint a Senior Treasury Manager to be based in Dubai. This is a high impact role with regional and global exposure, responsible for driving treasury strategy, optimising liquidity, and strengthening financial risk management across a complex, multi entity environment. This is not a maintenance role. The mandate is to bring structure, visibility, and control to treasury operations while supporting business growth across emerging markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead regional treasury operations across the Middle East and wider emerging markets footprintDrive cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimisationManage relationships with key banking partners, negotiate facilities, and optimise funding structuresOversee FX risk management, hedging strategies, and exposure analysisEnsure robust controls, compliance, and alignment with global treasury policiesSupport capital allocation decisions, including intercompany funding and dividend strategiesPartner closely with Finance, Tax, and Commercial teams on strategic initiativesLead treasury transformation initiatives, including systems, automation, and process improvementProvide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership on liquidity, risk, and fundingCandidate Profile8– 10 years of treasury experience within a multinational environmentBackground in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or similarly complex, regulated sectors preferred but not essentialStrong technical capability across cash management, FX, and corporate financingProven experience managing banking relationships and negotiating credit facilitiesExposure to emerging markets and multi-currency environments is essentialStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadershipExperience with treasury management systems (TMS) and driving process improvementsDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; ACT / CFA or equivalent is advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
