Senior Trade Marketing Lead - CSD Launches & Promotions

We are looking for a Senior Trade Marketing Supervisor to join our Marketing team and drive impactful trade marketing initiatives across our Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) portfolio. About the RoleAs a Sr. Trade Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing trade marketing strategies, managing product launches, promotions, and branding activities, and ensuring seamless coordination between Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams.Trade Marketing ExecutionLead execution of product launches, promotions, and sampling activitiesCoordinate artwork development and branding with agencies and internal teamsManage POSM, signage, and branding across all channelsPlan and execute marketing events end-to-endCoordinate and execute channel-specific promotions and campaignsWork closely with Sales on promotions, premiums, and activationsMonitor POSM deployment and promotional performanceEnsure alignment with IBP and JMF calendarsReporting & EvaluationEvaluate campaign performance and promotional ROIConduct market visits and provide execution feedbackManage agencies and suppliers to ensure timely deliverySupport to Marketing ManagerProvide continuous support on all CSD marketing activitiesEnsure timely follow-up and execution of deliverablesMinimum 4+ years of experience in FMCG marketingStrong understanding of trade marketing & sales dynamicsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fieldStrong analytical, planning, and coordination skillsProficiency in MS OfficeExcellent communication (English & Arabic) and stakeholder management skills What We’re Looking ForStrong organizational and execution skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesAttention to detail and deadline-driven mindsetCreative thinking and problem-solving abilities100% on-time execution of launches and promotionsStrong brand visibility and complianceMeasurable sales uplift from campaignsAccurate and updated marketing documentation#J-18808-Ljbffr
