Senior Trade Marketing Lead - CSD Launches&Promotions

<p>We are looking for a<strong>Senior Trade Marketing Supervisor</strong>to join our Marketing team and drive impactful trade marketing initiatives across our Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) portfolio.</p><p>🔹About the Role</p><p>As a Sr. Trade Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing trade marketing strategies, managing product launches, promotions, and branding activities, and ensuring seamless coordination between Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams.</p><p><strong>Trade Marketing Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Lead execution of product launches, promotions, and sampling activities</li><li>Coordinate artwork development and branding with agencies and internal teams</li><li>Manage POSM, signage, and branding across all channels</li><li>Plan and execute marketing events end-to-end</li><li>Coordinate and execute channel-specific promotions and campaigns</li><li>Work closely with Sales on promotions, premiums, and activations</li><li>Monitor POSM deployment and promotional performance</li><li>Ensure alignment with IBP and JMF calendars</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting&Evaluation</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluate campaign performance and promotional ROI</li><li>Conduct market visits and provide execution feedback</li><li>Manage agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery</li></ul><p><strong>Support to Marketing Manager</strong></p><ul><li>Provide continuous support on all CSD marketing activities</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up and execution of deliverables</li><li>Minimum<strong>4+ years of experience in FMCG marketing</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of trade marketing&sales dynamics</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field</li><li>Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li><li>Excellent communication (English&Arabic) and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p>🔹What We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>Strong organizational and execution skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset</li><li>Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities</li><li>100% on-time execution of launches and promotions</li><li>Strong brand visibility and compliance</li><li>Measurable sales uplift from campaigns</li><li>Accurate and updated marketing documentation</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
