Job Title: Senior Test Engineer (Cortex, Credit Cards)Experience 5+ YrsLocation Riyadh (KSA)Role Objective: To ensure efficient, compliant, and customer‑centric management of the entire credit card lifecycle by leveraging Cortex middleware and robust testing practices. The role integrates compliance (SIMAH, GOSI, APR validation), operational efficiency (instant printing or centralized processes), and technical excellence (upstream/downstream flows) to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable card transaction systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute end-to-end testing strategies for migration project from SIT, UAT and environment setup to go‑live.Validate internet banking /mobile apps, Simulators and mock applications.Ensuring compliance with Simah, GOSI along with Mastercard, VISA, and MADA requirements.Conduct integration testing with Core Banking Systems (CBS), reconciliation modules, and middleware (Cortex).Act as the technical point of contact for external vendors and regulators, including SAMA, Mastercard, Visa and MADA.Oversee credit card lifecycle processes from customer validation, eligibility checks, credit limit obligation reviews, deviation handling, profile fee assignment, embossing/printing, RAG segmentation, and credit limit adjustments.Support Sharia‑compliant financing models (buy‑sell commodity) and enforce APR validation for transparency.Design strategies to handle upstream failures without impacting downstream systems, using circuit breakers, retries, and message queues.Technical Qualifications & ExperienceDeep knowledge of internet and digital banking platforms, covering online transactions, mobile apps, Simulators and mock applications.Strong expertise in credit card operations, including issuance, lifecycle management, and compliance validation.Proven track record in full lifecycle from Credit card initiation, Authorization, Tokenization, Reconciliation and Settlement, card Maintenance, CLI and CLD, Instant Printing and Centralized Processing, Fee Profile and card Type and Networking Type.Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience in JIRA or Azure DevOps.Familiarity with SAMA regulations and MADA network protocols.Strong knowledge of Cortex middleware integration in credit card systems.Soft SkillsCommunication: Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and regulators and other vendors.Analytical Thinking: Skilled in troubleshooting transaction failures and performing root cause analysis.Adaptability: Comfortable working in high‑pressure, mission‑critical environments typical of the financial sector.#J-18808-Ljbffr
