Senior Territory Lead, Emergency Care, Central region

What you will doAchieve and exceed business targets for the Region by building strong relationships with physicians in hospitals, pre‑Hospitals and EMS KOLs.Plan and implement professional education programs and after‑sales support for physicians, nurses, EMS and biomedical engineers in the respective region.Ensure accurate sales forecasts each month/quarter for the purpose of Stryker’s Manufacturing and Sales Forecasting requirements.Country visits as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.Conduct direct hospital and pre‑Hospital sales activities.Plan and execute relevant after‑sales support, in‑service training’s, training workshops, symposia, conferences, and related marketing activities in Saudi Arabia. Provide guidance to marketing team to prioritize country and regional market needs. Participate in pricing the products and packages to the end customers.Carrying out the delivery and installation of the materials, providing post‑sales user training.Communicating customer feedback (complaint) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating the feedbacks in their own area of responsibility, taking necessary actions and reporting them to the customer and related persons.What you needRequiredBachelor’s degree in business, medical, or a related field.A minimum of 3‑5 years of relevant experience in medical device sales or clinical support.Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.Valid KSA driving license.PreferredBiomedical/Medical Engineering or Paramedic background.Experience with Emergency Care products.
