This role is critical in bridging complex technical capabilities with customer requirements while ensuring seamless solution validation and integration. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor to key clients and drive end‑to‑end testing, delivery, and solution excellence.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a Senior Telecom Engineer, you will be responsible for owning the full lifecycle of customer POCs—from gathering requirements to successful acceptance. You will work across Mobile Core, RAN, Transport, and Cloud technologies, validating complex solution components in lab and live customer environments. In this customer-facing role, you will lead workshops, demonstrations, and technical discussions to influence solution adoption. You will also produce high‑quality documentation, address technical challenges, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to improve solution performance. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute directly to customer success and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end customer POCs from initial requirements to final customer acceptanceOwn technical delivery across Mobile Core, RAN, Transport, OSS/BSS, and Cloud domainsValidate POC environments (lab or customer site) including installation, integration, and interoperability testingConduct system testing, performance benchmarking, and manage issue resolutionServe as the primary technical owner and customer-facing POC engineerDeliver workshops, product demos, and technical presentations to customer stakeholdersDevelop and maintain technical documentation (HLD/LLD, test plans, reports, implementation guides)Manage technical risks, dependencies, and customer change requestsProvide product teams with customer-driven insights to enhance solutions and roadmapsRequired Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering4–7+ years of experience in telecom engineering, network engineering, or solution integrationStrong knowledge of 4G/5G Core, RAN, IP/MPLS, Transport, and Backhaul networksHands-on experience with multi-vendor integration and end-to-end troubleshootingProficiency with telecom KPIs, PM/CM data, and testing/monitoring toolsStrong communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearlyExcellent technical documentation capabilitiesWillingness to travel for customer POC activitiesNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with virtualization, cloud-native telecom solutions, or container-based deploymentsFamiliarity with automation frameworks and scripting for testing or integrationKnowledge of OSS/BSS architectures and workflowsExposure to 5G SA deployments and cloud infrastructure (OpenStack/Kubernetes)Vendor certifications (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Cisco)Recruitment Pro TipShowcase your most impactful POC deliveries—highlight integration challenges solved, technologies involved, and measurable customer outcomes to demonstrate your ability to lead complex technical engagements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
