Senior Technician GEnx Engine Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician to support GEnx engine maintenance operations. The role involves hands‑on disassembly, assembly, and inspection work while ensuring full compliance with approved technical data, aviation regulations, and safety standards. This position requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a professional and ethical working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEngine Process Execution (50%)Perform GEnx engine disassembly, assembly, and inspection tasks in line with approved manuals and regulatory requirementsComplete all work in strict accordance with HS&E and aviation regulationsSupport delivery timelines and customer commitments by executing tasks efficientlyEthical Culture & Team Collaboration (25%)Demonstrate professional behaviour, fairness, and integrity in daily workPromote open communication and raise safety or ethical concerns appropriatelyTechnical Competence Development (15%)Continue developing technical expertise through on‑the‑job learningProvide basic guidance to junior technicians to support skill growthResource Allocation & Compliance Support (10%)Assist in maintaining tool and equipment availabilitySupport compliance activities, identifying and reporting discrepanciesUphold adherence to industry standards and internal processesQualifications & ExperienceMinimum QualificationsAssociate, vocational, or technical school qualification in aviation, aeronautical engineering, MRO, or related fieldAuthorization at D2 level (or equivalent certification) in relevant processesMinimum ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in technical aviation or MROExperience with GEnx engines is an advantageCore CompetenciesStrong understanding of Aero Engine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul processesProficient use of maintenance systems and digital toolsStrong safety and quality mindsetEffective communication and teamworkAbility to adapt to changes in technology or workflowHigh accuracy and attention to detailGood time management and task prioritizationAnalytical problem‑solving skillsProfessional integrity and accountabilityBenefitsTax‑free salary packageRelocation support providedAdditional benefits shared with shortlisted candidates#J-18808-Ljbffr
