Senior Technician - Digital Delivery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Technician III to join our innovative team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will lead advanced technical work utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support complex construction projects.ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the development and implementation of BIM models for complex construction projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM integrationManage and coordinate BIM-related aspects of projects including timelines and deliverablesAnalyze and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementationMentor and supervise junior BIM technicians overseeing workflow and quality controlDevelop and maintain BIM standards templates and best practicesParticipate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queriesStay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trendsEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in the UAELead continuous improvement initiatives for BIM processes and workflowsQualificationsProven experience (minimum 5 years) in BIM technology and advanced technical workProficiency in BIM software such as Revit AutoCAD and other relevant toolsStrong knowledge of construction processes building systems and industry standardsExcellent 3D modeling and visualization skillsDemonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teamsBachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field (preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced collaborative environmentFamiliarity with UAE building codes and regulations (preferred)Willingness to adapt to new technologies and innovative approaches in BIMStrong project management skills and leadership abilitiesExperience in mentoring and developing junior team membersDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality controlAbility to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyAdditional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
