<div><h3><b>About the Role:</b></h3><p>We are seeking a<b>motivated and customer-oriented bilingual professional (Arabic&English)</b>to join our<b>Digital Banking Support Team</b>.</p><p>The ideal candidate will provide<b>frontline support</b>for<b>retail and corporate clients</b>, ensuring a smooth experience across all<b>digital banking channels</b>— including internet banking, mobile banking, and corporate e-channels.</p><p>This role requires a combination of<b>banking knowledge, communication skills, and basic technical understanding</b>to follow up and coordinate with IT and business units effectively.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>Handle customer inquiries and support requests related to<b>digital banking platforms</b>(retail and corporate).</li><li>Log, track, and<b>follow up</b>on issues until resolution, ensuring timely updates to clients.</li><li>Coordinate with<b>IT and operations teams</b>to resolve technical or functional issues.</li><li>Support the<b>onboarding and activation</b>of corporate clients on digital banking channels.</li><li>Provide clear and professional communication in<b>Arabic and English</b>through phone, email, or ticketing tools.</li><li>Prepare<b>daily and weekly reports</b>on customer cases, common issues, and resolutions.</li><li>Contribute to improving<b>customer experience</b>by identifying recurring problems or service gaps.</li></ul><h3><b>Qualifications&Skills:</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in<b>Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field</b>.</li><li>4–6 years of experience in<b>banking customer support</b>or<b>digital channel operations</b>.</li><li>Understanding of<b>retail and corporate banking products and digital platforms</b>.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in<b>Arabic and English</b>.</li><li>Strong<b>follow-up and coordination</b>abilities.</li><li>Basic technical knowledge related to online or mobile banking systems is an advantage.</li></ul><h3><b>Preferred:</b></h3><ul><li>Experience in<b>Saudi banking sector</b>or<b>financial services institutions</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with<b>digital transformation initiatives</b>or<b>banking support tools</b>(CRM, ticketing systems, etc.).</li></ul><h3><b>What We Offer:</b></h3><ul><li>A dynamic role within a<b>leading digital banking environment</b>.</li><li>Exposure to both<b>retail and corporate client support</b>.</li><li>Career growth opportunities and a collaborative workplace culture.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
