You will manage budgets, resources, and stakeholders while ensuring security and compliance. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Key Responsibilities✓ Lead implementation and delivery of large-scale IT projects.✓ Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.✓ Ensure compliance with security and industry standards.✓ Oversee migrations, disaster recovery planning, and cloud deployments.✓ Conduct proof of concepts and integration testing with clients and vendors.Required Qualifications & Skills✓ 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years as a Project Manager.✓ PMP Certification (mandatory).✓ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.✓ Proven experience in financial management and resource planning.✓ Minimum 5 years in an international organization, system integrator, or consultancy.✓ Technical expertise in:• Enterprise IT solutions (servers, storage, networking, security)• Data center migration and disaster recovery• Cloud deployment and advisory services✓ Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.Nice-to-Have Skills✓ Transferable Iqama and current residency in Saudi Arabia.✓ Experience with hybrid cloud environments and automation tools.✓ Familiarity with ITIL processes and compliance frameworks.✓ Strong vendor and client relationship management skills.Recruitment Pro TipEmphasize your PMP certification and hands-on experience managing complex IT projects in your CV.
