Ensure the successful execution of engineering projects from planning and design to implementation and completion and collaborate with various stakeholders including architects contractors and clients to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the engineering team providing guidance mentorship and support.Oversee the planning design and execution of construction projects.Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and safety protocols.Collaborate with architects contractors and clients to develop project plans and specifications.Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure project quality and adherence to design specifications.Manage project budgets schedules and resources effectively.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.RequirementsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry with at least 3 years in a managerial role in GCC.Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations.Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Commitment to safety and quality standards.Preferred QualificationsExperience with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.Advanced knowledge of construction contracts and legal aspects.About AtkinsRalisAtkinsRalis Infrastructure Business is seeking a highly motivated detail oriented self-starter to join our team office as a Discipline Lead - Dry Utilities Design.
