Senior Service Now Technical Consultant (Workplace Service Delivery)Location: Doha, Qatar. Join a leading global tech consultancy as we embark on a high-profile, greenfield implementation for a major public sector organization.The MissionAs our Senior Technical Consultant, you will bridge the gap between complex workplace requirements and scalable, enterprise-grade Service Now solutions. You will own the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) roadmap, ensuring that “the office of the future” becomes a reality today.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of the WSD suite (Workplace Case Management, Reservations, Space Management, and Visitor Management).Design and optimize workplace workflows and floor mapping from scratch, ensuring they meet rigorous public sector standards.Collaborate with Facilities, HR, Security, and Real Estate stakeholders to design intuitive employee journeys.Spearhead integrations between WSD and Io T sensors, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Access Control systems.Provide technical governance and guidance to a dedicated project team within an Agile environment.Required ExpertiseService Now implementation experience, with at least 4+ years dedicated to WSD or Employee Workflow applications.Hands‑on experience with Workplace Reservations, Space Planning, and Visitor Management; experience with CAD/BIM or Floor Mapping integrations is highly preferred.Ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures that align with enterprise governance.Current CIS-Workplace Service Delivery or CIS-Employee Service Management is strongly preferred (CSA is a baseline).Why Join Us?This is a permanent role attached to a long‑term, multi‑year public sector project.We are looking to move quickly — expect a streamlined interview process of 2 steps for the right candidate.If you aren’t a resident in Qatar, we’ll help you get here.
