Senior Technical Analyst - Trading

ResponsibilitiesManage the production systems within IT for TEC-Digital Banking Platforms solutions. Provide business with required technical support, assessments, and reports. Propose technical recommendations and improvements. Closely monitor the incidents and problem tickets and close them before the breach of SLA. Follow-up with service teams/vendors for support issues and respond quickly to service tickets in a timely manner. Support “go-live” and post go-live activities for projects and any releases to production.Qualifications10+ years’ experience in Wealth & Equity Brokerage Domain in Banking.Experience with Advent tools such as APX, Tradex, Syncova, Advnet Investrack, Reachout.Experience in TradeNet and core banking systems (ETHIX).Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL.Experience in Java and WebLogic.Experience with JIRA and CONFLUENCE and strong business acumen.Articulate and document business requirements for projects and change requests.Clear understanding of data, extractions, APIs on systems such as APC, Tradex, Investrack, Syncova.Provide periodic reports and monthly updates on ongoing initiatives to the business and PMO.#J-18808-Ljbffr
