Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare)

Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in Healthcare recruitment to join our team in Abu Dhabi.Core Responsibilities include:Lead end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles including sourcing screening interviewing and final selection support.Ensure all healthcare hires meet Abu Dhabi Unified Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) for licensed roles in Abu Dhabi and other regulatory standards.Manage international recruitment efforts including sourcing from global markets and coordinating overseas hiring workflows.Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local and international recruitment agencies to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.Supervise guide and coach a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists ensuring daily operations are carried out effectively and performance targets are met.Oversee workload allocation provide continuous training and conduct performance evaluations for team members.Implement innovative sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-fill positions efficiently.Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.Maintain an active talent pipeline and ensure the applicant tracking system is updated and accurate.Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for leadership review.Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or recruitment events when required.Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Psychology Human Resources and equivalentAdditional relevant certification is an added advantage8-10 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the Healthcare industryImmediate joinerPreference will be given to candidates who meet the above-mentioned criteria.Required Experience:Senior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
