Job Description
Manage and execute talent acquisition activities to attract and select qualified candidates who support the organization’s objectives. This includes workforce planning, managing the full recruitment cycle, enhancing operational efficiency, improving candidate experience, and overseeing onboarding processes, contributing to building a high-performing workforce aligned with the organization’s current and future needs.Key Responsibilities:Workforce Planning:Design and manage workforce planning methodology across the organization.Collect and analyse hiring needs in coordination with stakeholders.Review hiring requests and provide HR insights to ensure alignment with actual needs.Coordinate with committees to discuss hiring needs and document outcomes.Prepare meeting outputs and support final approvals.Recruitment & Selection:Manage and execute recruitment activities through various channels.Prepare and publish job advertisements.Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.Coordinate interviews and participate in candidate evaluations.Collect interview feedback and support hiring decisions.Prepare hiring reports and complete approval processes.Prepare and manage job offers.Follow up with candidates during post-offer stage.Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.Candidate Experience & Onboarding:Manage candidate experience across all recruitment stages.Follow up with selected candidates to complete hiring requirements.Coordinate onboarding requirements with relevant departments.Oversee onboarding processes and readiness of new hires.Organize and deliver induction activities.Monitor and improve onboarding experience.Manage and implement internship, Tamheer, and volunteer programs.Coordinate with relevant external entities.Follow up on onboarding and required procedures.Oversee participants’ experience during the program.Reporting & KPIs:Prepare and monitor recruitment reports.Analyse recruitment data and extract insights.Track recruitment KPIs and performance.Provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).#J-18808-Ljbffr
