Job SummarySeeking a Senior Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in FALCON Platform to provide L2/L3 production support, ensure system stability, and optimize fraud detection performance within a banking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide production support and incident resolution (SLA-driven).Monitor fraud alerts, transactions, and system performance.Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues.Support system upgrades, patches, and deployments.Perform root cause analysis (RCA).Coordinate with fraud operations, core banking, and IT teams.Requirements5+ years in banking application support.Hands-on experience with FALCON Fraud Management System.Strong SQL and Unix/Linux knowledge.Understanding of fraud monitoring (cards & digital payments).Familiar with ITIL processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
