Senior Supply Chain Leader – UAE&Global Distribution

<p>We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a fast-growing technology distributor headquartered in Dubai. This role oversees procurement, logistics, warehousing (3PL), supplier management, and inventory planning across multiple regions.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional with strong UAE market exposure who thrives in fast-paced, multi-country distribution environments and is passionate about building efficient, scalable supply chain systems.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Oversee multi-region warehousing operations managed through 3PL providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Lead inventory planning and optimisation, reducing stockouts and minimizing excess stock.</li><li>Manage the full lifecycle of logistics and distribution, ensuring timely delivery across regional markets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.</li><li>Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain and logistics team.</li><li>Drive procurement planning, ensuring cost-effective sourcing within quality standards.</li><li>Analyse and improve supply chain processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.</li><li>Monitor core KPIs such as inventory turnover, logistics cost, and supplier performance.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and alignment across finance, sales, operations, and procurement teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).</li><li>15+ years of experience in supply chain management within technology distribution, ICT, or similar industries.</li><li>Must have proven background in UAE-based logistics, procurement, and warehousing operations</li><li>Strong experience working with 3PL providers, regional distribution models, and multi-country supply chains.</li><li>Demonstrated success in team leadership, supplier negotiation, and operational excellence.</li><li>Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to optimise complex supply chain workflows.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE import/export regulations is an advantage.</li><li>Candidates currently based in the UAE or with past UAE experience will be prioritised.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
