<div><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>Focuses on day-to-day support of system issues, configuration updates, and enhancements, while working with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions. Providing user training, ensuring alignment with SuccessFactors best practices, and supporting complete and accurate business processes. Expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding is essential, with additional knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and integration points considered beneficial.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><h3>Incident Management</h3><ul><li>Hold primary responsibility for managing and resolving incidents related to SuccessFactors modules, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.</li><li>Receive, assess, and prioritize incident tickets across all SuccessFactors modules.</li><li>Provide functional support for SAP Payroll and Time Management–related incidents.</li><li>Investigate and diagnose technical issues, functional discrepancies, and data-related problems reported by end-users.</li><li>Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal system downtime.</li><li>Ensure adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely incident resolution.</li></ul><h3>Business Process Enhancement</h3><ul><li>Support and optimize SuccessFactors modules to enhance business functionality and overall system performance, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Configure and customize relevant business areas to ensure system behavior aligns with defined business requirements and constraints.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive test scripts and perform testing activities, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, and any client‑specific testing procedures.</li><li>Provide detailed Functional Specifications to the Technical Team for custom development requirements.</li></ul><h3>Documentation</h3><ul><li>Document configuration settings and prepare clear, detailed guidelines to enable other consultants to perform future modifications or repairs with accuracy and efficiency.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><h3>HR Proficiency</h3><ul><li>Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.</li></ul><h3>Delivery</h3><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul><h3>Problem‑Solving</h3><ul><li>Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.</li></ul><h3>Quality</h3><ul><li>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.</li></ul><h3>Business Process Improvement</h3><ul><li>Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul><h3>Compliance</h3><ul><li>Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.</li></ul><h3>Health, Safety, and Environment</h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products/services.</li></ul><h3>Academic Qualifications</h3><p>Bachelor Degree in Information Management Sciences&Systems or Any relevant field.</p><h3>Work Experience</h3><p>6 to 10 Years.</p><h3>Technical / Functional Competencies</h3><p>HRIS Systems, Applications Knowledge, System Testing.</p><h3>About the Company</h3><p>Alfanar is a Saudi company with an international presence, primarily engaged in the manufacturing and trading of a wide variety of low, medium, and high voltage electrical products, in addition to its portfolio of conventional and renewable energy solutions, oil and gas, water treatment, infrastructure, technical services, and digital solutions.</p><p>The hub of alfanar’s manufacturing operations is Medinet alfanar Alsinaiya, a 700,000 square‑meter complex located in Riyadh.
