In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic stakeholder engagement initiatives that align with our organization’s goals and values.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder management strategies to support organizational objectives</li><li>Identify, analyze, and prioritize key stakeholders, including internal and external parties</li><li>Lead stakeholder mapping exercises and maintain up-to-date stakeholder databases</li><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including government entities, community organizations, and business partners</li><li>Design and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent stakeholder messaging and alignment</li><li>Conduct regular stakeholder analysis and provide insights to senior management for informed decision‑making</li><li>Manage and mitigate stakeholder‑related risks and issues</li><li>Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events</li><li>Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement reports and presentations to executive leadership</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and best practices in stakeholder management</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred</li><li>7+ years of experience in stakeholder management or related field</li><li>Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement strategies</li><li>Experience in managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities</li><li>Advanced project management skills</li><li>Proficiency in stakeholder mapping and analysis techniques</li><li>Expertise in risk management and strategic planning</li><li>Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills</li><li>Proficiency in stakeholder management software and tools</li><li>Understanding of corporate governance and sustainability practices</li><li>Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in stakeholder engagement</li><li>Professional certifications in stakeholder management or project management (e.g., PMI‑RMP, PRINCE2) are a plus</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment</li><li>Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally as required</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we believe in your potential and are here to help you achieve it.
