Senior Staff Engineer (Technical Project Manager)

<div><h3>Must have Skills : Project Leadership (Expert) Technical leadership (Strong) Banking Domain</h3><p>We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to lead our development teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality technology solutions.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing people processes and technology to drive strategic initiatives while maintaining high technical standards and team productivity.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of software products or technology solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Design QA and DevOps.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical tasks and assign them across teams.</li><li>Drive technical discussions architecture reviews and code quality improvements.</li><li>Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to development teams.</li><li>Monitor project progress timelines and budgets and ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Ensure the team adheres to agile practices CI/CD and code management protocols.</li><li>Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend new tools technologies and frameworks.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and team development planning.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in full-stack development or backend/frontend specializations.</li><li>Hands-on experience with technologies such as Java/.NET/ React/Angular SQL/NoSQL AWS/Azure/GCP.</li><li>Strong understanding of system architecture microservices and cloud-native development.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving decision-making and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong people management and leadership capabilities.</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe) or Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2).</li><li>Exposure to DevOps tools and processes.</li><li>Prior experience in client-facing roles or product management is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications :</h3><p>Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.</p><h3>Remote Work :</h3><p>Yes</p><h3>Employment Type :</h3><p>Full-time</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
