Senior Specialist - Tax

At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are redefining entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a dedicated Senior Specialist - Tax to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in tax legislation and compliance to provide strategic advice that supports our business objectives and ensures effective tax management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the preparation and timely filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.Advise various departments on tax implications related to business transactions and business planning.Conduct thorough analysis of tax liabilities and develop strategies to optimize overall tax efficiency.Monitor changes in tax legislation and prepare reports detailing their implications for the organization.Collaborate with auditors and external consultants during tax audits and ensure accurate and efficient interaction with tax authorities.Provide support in the development of tax policies and procedures to enhance compliance and manage risks.Train and mentor junior tax staff on tax processes and procedures.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is advantageous).At least 5 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory roles, with a strong emphasis on international tax issues.Deep understanding of current tax laws, regulations, and practices.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax codes.Proficient in tax compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey tax concepts to non-tax professionals.Prior experience in a large corporate environment or consultancy is preferred.Comprehensive benefits package#J-18808-Ljbffr
