We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Product Support and Development – Assist in the design, enhancement and implementation of wealth products ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs and regulatory requirements</li><li>Performance Monitoring and Reporting – Track and analyze product performance KPIs and prepare regular reports to support decision‑making and continuous improvement</li><li>Customer Communication and Campaigns – Develop and maintain product collaterals, term sheets and campaign materials to support customer engagement and acquisition</li><li>Market Research and Benchmarking – Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation</li><li>Regulatory and Risk Compliance – Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies by supporting audits, documentation and process updates</li><li>Digital and System Enhancements – Support the implementation of digital tools and system enhancements to improve product delivery and customer experience</li><li>Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures – Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders</li><li>Self‑Management – Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance</li><li>Customer Service – Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all external customer interactions</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in banking or a financial institution</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Economics</li><li>CFA preferable for Investment Products role</li><li>Customer communication and marketing experience</li><li>Regulatory and compliance awareness</li><li>Data analysis and reporting skills</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) proficiency</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li><b>Competitive Salary</b>: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 15,000–AED 34,000 per month.
