We are proud to be a trusted partner to leading clients across the region.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>We are seeking an ambitious and driven professional to join our team, working alongside colleagues who share your aspiration to redefine excellence in UAE banking. In this role, your key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Fast‑track NTB and Enhancement credit requests, managing the full end‑to‑end credit approval and execution process to ensure timely delivery of financing solutions to ensure generation of incremental revenues.</li><li>Perform financial and credit analysis to structure appropriate facilities for NTB clients and enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with bank policy and risk appetite.</li><li>Identify and drive upfront cross‑sell opportunities across CIBG products to maximize RAROC on all NTB and Enhancement mandates.</li><li>Engage directly with clients alongside RMs to understand financing requirements and translate them into bankable, risk‑aligned proposals.</li><li>Coordinate across Credit, Product, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth execution, governance adherence, and effective risk mitigation for NTB and Enhancement cases.</li></ul><h3>Ideal candidate experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory requirement</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in Banking</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive Salary: The competitive pay range for this role.
