Senior Specialist - Integration

Job Description The Senior Specialist Integrations will build, orchestrate, and deploy complex integration patterns between system, process, and service layers. This person will also interpret and translate requirements to develop services and integrations in a continuous integration/continuous deployment model using Agile methodology. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between applications on-premises systems using Integration platform. He/She needs to have extensive experience in Integration Platform which minimum 8 years of experience building solutions. The individual will work with IT Business Partners, subject matter Advances, and process owners to design and deliver end user value.StrategicRESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with the business in identifying integration requirements and create corresponding technical specifications.Work with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.Develop middleware solutions using defined development standards, procedures, and design specifications.Advance knowledge of BOOMI as a middleware tool.Provide technical support to end users diagnose and resolve application-related issues, identify root causes, as well as institute corrective actions and preventive measures.Provide L2 technical support to other teams as and when required.OperationalCollaborate with the business in identifying integration requirements and create corresponding technical specifications.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper configuration and deployment of integration solutions.Design and implement integrations between various systems and applications, utilizing industry-standard integration methodologies and tools.Develop and maintain technical documentation for all integration solutions.Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of integrations.Develop middleware solutions using defined development standards, procedures, and design specifications.Develop test scripts, perform unit testing, and contribute to integration testing of development objects.Provide technical support to end users diagnose and resolve application-related issues, identify root causes, as well as institute corrective actions and preventive measures.Carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate.Good understanding on Dynamics 365 and AWS.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, working with internal and external teams as needed.Exposure to API Gateways.People ManagementThe Senior Specialist Integrations is an individual who will need to collaborate with other technology stakeholders and enjoys mentoring and coaching.Will require strong planning, written and verbal communication skills.Will require experience interfacing with senior management and have an ability to make suggestions and influence decisions.Product/Process ImprovementSupport in maintaining standardized operating procedures and artifacts including Solution / Integration design documentation, tools, templates and supporting information.Facilitate the identification of continuous process improvement initiatives and the prioritization of these initiatives with the IT Project teams.Establish automated processes, workflow, and reporting capabilities to drive quality and efficiency of services and operational procedures.Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to integrations and recommend improvements to existing integration solutions.Collaborate with technical team to design long term, big-ticket performance enhancements.QualificationsEducation & CertificationsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Engineering subjects.Minimum of 3+ years of experience as Integration and over all 6+ years of engineering experience .Demonstrated understanding at a high level of one or more industry standard ESB Tools like Boomi, MuleSoft etc.Excellent understanding of integration patterns.Knowledge & SkillAdvance knowledge of Micro-services architecture.Advance knowledge of Boomi as a ESB Tool.Hand on experience of working with APls.Hands on experience on Swagger documentation.Ability to create technical requirements documentation / specs.Ability to create high level user interfaces, mind maps and wireframes.Strong knowledge of ESB Tools and Integration Patterns .Familiarity with the MS D365 F&O and Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate, PowerApps and Power BI.ExperienceMinimum 6 years in development of IT projects.Minimum 4 years hands-on, full lifecycle software development experience developing and maintaining large scale production integrations between Enterprise SaaS Applications, using leading Integration Platforms as a Service (iPaaS) such as Boomi.Strong experience building Boomi processes, managing/deploying/supporting APIs, and leveraging common frameworks such as message queuin
