Ranger AI is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to help lead the next phase of our growth.We build industrial-grade AI workflow systems for complex, high-stakes environments. This person leads the solution conversation from the moment an opportunity is qualified, identifies where critical workflows create operational drag or risk, designs high-ROI implementations, and creates the conditions for successful adoption.Key responsibilitiesLead discovery and solution design for complex enterprise opportunitiesIdentify the workflows where Ranger can deliver the highest operational and commercial impactScope PoCs with clear success criteria, data requirements, integration approach, timeline, and adoption logicBuild proposals and executive-facing solution narratives with clarity and credibilityLead the account team across with a forward deployed engineer and technical account manager, to ensure solution quality translates into delivery quality + impactStay engaged through implementation and adoption, not only pre-saleFeed structured client insight back into Ranger’s product and platform evolutionWhat we are looking for6–8+ years of experience in enterprise solution design, implementation, consulting, technical pre-sales, or transformation leadershipStrong command on bidding/procurement and technical workflowsStrong experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsCredibility with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholdersAbility to translate current-state pain into a phased, measurable operating modelStrong commercial and solution judgment, with sufficient technical fluency to architect AI-enabled solutions without needing to write production codeHigh standards for quality, communication, and executionComfort working in an environment where pace is high, expectations are high, and ambiguity is part of the build phaseThis role is not suited to candidates who prefer highly defined playbooks or narrowly scoped pre-sales support positions.We are looking for someone who is:a prescriber, not an order-takerproven in converting PoCs into larger deploymentseffective in multi-stakeholder buying environmentsalready AI-native in how they workcomfortable taking ownership in an evolving, high-performance environmentWhy join RangerRanger is building for consequential workflows, not superficial AI use cases.
