Job OverviewSenior Solution Consultant – Dubai, UAE – Boeing Global Services Digital Services organization, focusing on Maintenance & Engineering, Airplane Integration and Leasing domains.Position ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical support to sales engagements by focusing on product value propositions for Maintenance & Engineering, Airplane Integration, and Leasing.Analyze customer business processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements through our product offerings.Present and demonstrate technical system abilities and benefits of DS products.Identify tangible and intangible benefits and translate that information into key performance indicators that drive a strong business case for our customers.Assist in identifying future sales opportunities (leads).Identify and communicate product enhancement opportunities to product owners.Represent the organization as the prime technical contact on projects and industry conferences.Travel globally to airline customers (approximately 25% travel).Meet applicable educational or certification credentials from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.Basic Qualifications (Required)5+ years of experience working in commercial aerospace environments such as commercial airlines, freight operators, MROs, freighter conversion operations, or aircraft lessor businesses, including leading analytical market‑facing projects.Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally.Preferred Qualifications (Desired)8+ years of experience working with commercial airline operations within the maintenance and engineering domain or Airplane Integration domain.Knowledge of at least one of the DS products (Airplane Health Management, Toolbox, Mobile Logbook, Engine Fleet Planning and Costing, RouteSync, Onboard Performance Tool, Flight Deck Advisor, or Fuel Analytics).Experience in a technical presales (sales engineering) role.SPIN training.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for proposal preparation and presentations.Creative problem‑solving capability, strong analytical and listening skills.Business process analysis skills.Genuine interest in meeting and helping customers.Ability to interact with different cultures and at various organizational levels with ease.A degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, Science & Technology or equivalent.Visa SponsorshipEmployer is willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer.
