Senior Solution ArchitectJob Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Solution Architect to lead the solution design and implementation of a Wholesale Banking platform. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and resilient solutions supporting corporate and institutional banking capabilities, including payments, cash management, lending, and related wholesale services.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and define end‑to‑end solution architecture for a Wholesale Banking platform.Translate business requirements into implementable solution designs.Create solution blueprints covering application, integration, data, and non-functional aspects.Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and target‑state vision.Design solutions supporting key wholesale banking services including payments, cash management, liquidity, account services, and lending.Support domestic, cross-border, bulk, and real-time payment capabilities.Work closely with development and vendor teams during build and implementation.Review detailed designs, configurations, and integration specifications.Support sprint‑level architecture decisions and resolve design or technical issues.Participate in testing, deployment, and go‑live readiness activities.Define integration architectures with core banking, payments engines, digital channels, and external ecosystems.Design API‑led, event‑driven, and message‑based integration models.Ensure secure, resilient, and observable integrations.Produce and maintain clear solution and architecture documentation.Participate in design reviews and architecture governance forums.Communicate technical concepts effectively to business and technology stakeholders.Embed security and compliance‑by‑design principles across the solution.Ensure adherence to banking regulations, data privacy, and internal risk policies.Address non‑functional requirements including performance, availability, and monitoring.Domain ExpertiseCore banking systems: TemenosDigital banking platforms: Custom‑developed platformsChannel: Wholesale and BankingArchitecture: Microservices, Event‑driven architecture, Decoupled systemsCloud Platforms: AWS/Azure awarenessPayments: Swift, Local payments, Aani, Wallers, CardsDocumentation: Confluence, Swagger, Lucidchart / Draw.io for diagramsSecurity (Optional): OAuth2, Encryption methodologiesIntegrations: APIs, REST/SOAP, ESBOthers: Identity and access management, encryption, data security best practicesRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in Wholesale Banking and transaction‑intensive systems.Experience in preparing solution architecture for system and solutions.Ability to map technology solutions to business goals.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.5‑8 years of domain experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.Experience in digital transformation and core modernization initiatives.Excellent communication and design documentation skills.Ability to work independently, own tasks end‑to‑end, and thrive in fast‑paced environments.Knowledge of transactional systems, financial workflows, or risk/compliance applications is a strong plus.Certifications (Preferred/Required)TOGAF Certified (Preferred)Cloud certifications (AWS or Azure) are an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
