Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the end‑to‑end architecture design and integration of enterprise platforms across the organization.This role will play a critical part in driving digital transformation initiatives by aligning technology solutions with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and scalability needs.The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external vendors, ensuring the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and future‑ready solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architecture design and implementation across enterprise platforms, including:Productivity & Collaboration toolsContent Management Systems (CMS)ERP platforms (Finance, HR, Procurement/Sourcing)Legal & Governance systemsIntelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutionsAI/ML‑driven platformsDefine and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy, IT governance, and regulatory compliance (banking standards preferred).Drive integration strategies across multiple platforms and legacy systems.Work closely with security teams to ensure robust, secure architecture design (Zero Trust, IAM, Data Protection, etc.).Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and vendors.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and delivery teams.Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution validations.Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of all deployed solutions.Required Skills & ExpertiseStrong experience in Solution Architecture & Enterprise Architecture.Hands‑on experience in Security Architecture principles and frameworks.Expertise in enterprise systems: ERP (SAP, Oracle, or similar), Content Management Systems, Collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, etc.).Experience with:Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)API-led architecture & microservicesIntegration frameworks and middlewareIntelligent Automation (RPA, IPA tools)AI/ML solution integrationStrong understanding of:Banking/Financial Services domain (preferred)Regulatory and compliance standardsKnowledge of architecture frameworks such as: TOGAF, Zachman (optional)QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in architecture roles.Relevant certifications (preferred):TOGAFCloud Certifications (Azure/AWS)Security Certifications (CISSP, SABSA, etc.)Soft SkillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to influence and drive decision‑making at senior levels.Excellent problem‑solving and analytical thinking.Experience working in cross‑functional and multicultural environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
