Senior Solution Architect

<div><p>We are seeking a highly experienced<b>Senior Solution Architect</b>to lead the end-to-end architecture design and integration of enterprise platforms across the organization. This role will play a critical part in driving digital transformation initiatives by aligning technology solutions with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and scalability needs.</p><p>The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external vendors, ensuring the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and future‑ready solutions.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Lead architecture design and implementation across enterprise platforms, including:<ul><li>Productivity&Collaboration tools</li><li>Content Management Systems (CMS)</li><li>ERP platforms (Finance, HR, Procurement/Sourcing)</li><li>Legal&Governance systems</li><li>Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions</li><li>AI/ML-driven platforms</li></ul></li><li>Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions</li><li>Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy, IT governance, and regulatory compliance (banking standards preferred)</li><li>Drive integration strategies across multiple platforms and legacy systems</li><li>Work closely with security teams to ensure robust, secure architecture design (Zero Trust, IAM, Data Protection, etc.)</li><li>Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and vendors</li><li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and delivery teams</li><li>Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution validations</li><li>Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of all deployed solutions</li></ul><h3><b>Required Skills&Expertise</b></h3><ul><li>Strong experience in<b>Solution Architecture&Enterprise Architecture</b></li><li>Hands‑on experience in<b>Security Architecture principles and frameworks</b></li><li>Expertise in enterprise systems:<ul><li>ERP (SAP, Oracle, or similar)</li><li>Content Management Systems</li><li>Collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, etc.)</li></ul></li><li>Experience with:<ul><li>Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)</li><li>API‑led architecture&microservices</li><li>Integration frameworks and middleware</li><li>Intelligent Automation (RPA, IPA tools)</li><li>AI/ML solution integration</li></ul></li><li>Strong understanding of:<ul><li>Banking/Financial Services domain (preferred)</li><li>Regulatory and compliance standards</li></ul></li><li>Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as:<ul><li>TOGAF</li><li>Zachman (optional)</li></ul></li></ul><h3><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in architecture roles</li><li>Relevant certifications (preferred):<ul><li>TOGAF</li><li>Cloud Certifications (Azure/AWS)</li><li>Security Certifications (CISSP, SABSA, etc.)</li></ul></li></ul><h3><b>Soft Skills</b></h3><ul><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Ability to influence and drive decision‑making at senior levels</li><li>Excellent problem‑solving and analytical thinking</li><li>Experience working in cross‑functional and multicultural environments</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
