Job Description
Soft Services Operations ManagementSupervise daily operations of soft services (cleaning landscaping pest control waste management) ensuring all activities are executed efficiently safely and in line with the international standards and cleaning schedules.Team Leadership & Performance MonitoringLead and coordinate a team of soft services staff and supervisors ensuring proper shift coverage task assignment attendance and performance. Assist the Facilities Manager in evaluating staff productivity performance and identifying training needs.Service Provider Oversight & Quality AssuranceAct as a key liaison for outsourced service providers monitoring deliverables service quality and adherence to SLAs/KPIs. Conduct regular inspections audits and spot checks to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.Health Safety & Compliance ManagementEnforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations child protection protocols and schoolspecific policies. Prepare and review risk assessments work permits and safe work method statements (SWMS). Organize safety briefings toolbox talks and emergency drills.Stakeholder Engagement & Issue ResolutionServe as the primary contact for resolving soft servicesrelated issues raised by school management teaching staff and stakeholders ensuring timely and effective followup.Inventory & Procurement SupportManage consumables and cleaning supply inventory raising procurement requests (PR/PO) as needed and ensuring materials are always available to support smooth operations.Documentation & ReportingMaintain uptodate records for audits inspections staff onboarding and operational reporting. Provide regular updates to the Facilities Manager on service performance compliance and improvement opportunities.Event & Special Activity CoordinationSupport school events and special activities by coordinating logistics with service providers ensuring soft services are aligned with event requirementsQualificationsDiploma or Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Hospitality or a related field.Minimum 710 years of relevant experience in soft services with at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior supervisory role preferably within school facilities.Strong leadership team management and conflictresolution skills.Indepth knowledge of hygiene cleaning protocols and safety practices within a school or similar setting.Experience with CAFM systems and reporting tools is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.Additional InformationWe believe our employees are key to our success hence we offer an inspiring working environment where our people feel rewarded & engaged.
