Customize SharePoint sites to meet the specific needs of the organization.Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SharePoint environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites and applications.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with business analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.User Experience and Design: Focus on user experience and design, ensuring that SharePoint sites are intuitive and user-friendly.Best Practices and Standards: Follow best practices in SharePoint development and stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SharePoint technology.Testing and Documentation: Conduct thorough testing of SharePoint applications to ensure functionality and performance. Document the development process and create user manuals.Training and User Adoption: Assist in training end-users and promoting the adoption of SharePoint solutions within the organization.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.Familiarity with Nintex and Power Automate.Experience with building custom solutions for SharePoint Online using SharePoint Framework and PowerApps is a great plus.Experience with front-end frameworks and tools like React or Angular is a plus.Familiarity with SQL Server and database management.Familiarity with SharePoint Administration and PowerShell scripting.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
