Job Description SummaryLooking to make a global impact and solve problems.Through relentless innovation and continuous collaboration with our customers GE Gas Power part of GE Vernova is providing more advanced cleaner and efficient power that people depend on today and building the energy technologies of the future.What impact you'll makeAs a Senior Services Finance Manager in the MENA Finance region you will be an active contributor to driving commercial growth profitability and cash and accountable for the business financials for each contract in their portfolio.What you'll doProvide wing to wing ITO and OTR financial execution seeking to optimize financials (Orders P&L Cash) and identify potential commercial & operational risks and opportunities for the defined MENA portfolio.Partner with Service Operations Finance and Global Services FP&A for all planning cycles and pacing/punchlist.Partner with the ITR Operating teams Service Directors and Commercial teams to provide inputs for decision making to optimize financial performance both short term and long term.Provide country or contract specific knowledge to evaluate deal economics risk profiles and progress deals towards commercial closure.Optimize cash metrics in partnership with the Cash Leader on collections past dues billed / paid on time LC processes drive PSRs and identify action items to continue driving progress.Execute all finance deliverables per standards set up by the HDGT Services business lines CS / TX.Maintain oversight of key operational and commercial processes such as Advance Release bank guarantees concession review board P5 deal reviews.Team leader reporting into the EMEA Services Finance Leader to support a portfolio of countries.Lead and manage a team for a subset of the portfolioWhat you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)Bachelors in Finance Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience.5-7 years of experience in finance or operations function.Knowledge in managing multiple ERPs planning and reporting tools automation digitization.Foster strong analytical skills to produce in-depth future profitability metrics based on historical trends.Experience and background in commercial finance / driving cash / profitability.What will make you stand outBachelors in Finance preferred.You have a passion for leading large complex projects that balance multiple stakeholders.You are someone who has the ability to deliver with focus during change prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to priorities.You have experience in driving process improvement lean initiatives driving out waste.You have excellent time management organizational and data driven skills to allow to operate in a highly matrixed organization.Involvement / experience of the market specific to Middle East and Africa.Experience in partnering with the ITR / operating / sales /commercial team preferred.Preference will be given to current Gas Power Finance employees.Benefits Available to YouOur compensation & benefits are designed to help you manage your personal and family needs while rewarding high performers.
