Senior ServiceNow Developer (12-Month Contract)

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Integration Engineer to support a large-scale, greenfield ServiceNow Employee Centre implementation, enabling enterprise-wide workforce lifecycle automation across HR, Finance, and Procurement.This role focuses on building robust integrations between ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion, and identity platforms—driving seamless Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes and secure access provisioning.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement REST API integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHubBuild and support Employee Centre (UI Builder) and HRDM-driven workflowsDevelop workforce lifecycle automation (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes)Implement event-driven and webhook-based integration patternsDevelop data mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation processesEnsure integration reliability with error handling, retry logic, and monitoringSupport identity provisioning workflows with platforms like SaviyntMaintain auditability, compliance, and secure data handlingCollaborate within a vendor-led delivery environmentRequirements6–10 years of experience in ServiceNow and enterprise integration engineeringStrong experience with Employee Centre and HRDM workflowsProven experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion)Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and IntegrationHubExperience with identity lifecycle automation and IAM integrationsStrong understanding of OAuth 2.0 and secure API designExperience designing resilient, scalable, and event‑driven architecturesStrong debugging, logging, and documentation skillsNice to HaveExperience with Saviynt, SailPoint, or similar IAM platformsExposure to enterprise workforce lifecycle orchestration (JML)Experience in regulated or compliance‑driven environmentsServiceNow certificationsLocation & Contract12-month contract with possible extension#J-18808-Ljbffr
