Senior ServiceNow Developer (12-Month Contract)

<div><p>We’re looking for a<b>ServiceNow Integration Engineer</b>to support a large-scale, greenfield<b>ServiceNow Employee Centre implementation</b>, enabling enterprise-wide workforce lifecycle automation across HR, Finance, and Procurement.</p><p>This role focuses on building robust integrations between ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion, and identity platforms—driving seamless Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes and secure access provisioning.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Design and implement REST API integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub</li><li>Build and support Employee Centre (UI Builder) and HRDM-driven workflows</li><li>Develop workforce lifecycle automation (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes)</li><li>Implement event-driven and webhook-based integration patterns</li><li>Develop data mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes</li><li>Ensure integration reliability with error handling, retry logic, and monitoring</li><li>Support identity provisioning workflows with platforms like Saviynt</li><li>Maintain auditability, compliance, and secure data handling</li><li>Collaborate within a vendor-led delivery environment</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>6–10 years of experience in ServiceNow and enterprise integration engineering</li><li>Strong experience with Employee Centre and HRDM workflows</li><li>Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion)</li><li>Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and IntegrationHub</li><li>Experience with identity lifecycle automation and IAM integrations</li><li>Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 and secure API design</li><li>Experience designing resilient, scalable, and event‑driven architectures</li><li>Strong debugging, logging, and documentation skills</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, or similar IAM platforms</li><li>Exposure to enterprise workforce lifecycle orchestration (JML)</li><li>Experience in regulated or compliance‑driven environments</li><li>ServiceNow certifications</li></ul><h3>Location&Contract</h3><ul><li>12-month contract with possible extension</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
