Senior Service Engineer

Job Description **Role Overview:** As a Senior Service Engineer at Milacron in Pune, you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end support to customers, including installations of machines, breakdown and spares support. You will also be responsible for the aftermarket sales revenue for the territory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide end-to-end support to customers from installation of machines to breakdown calls, machine problems, spare support, and training for machine operating and processing problems. - Coordinate pre-installation requirements with customers and develop & implement corrective/preventive actions for any machine, ensuring global action for all machines. - Troubleshoot and provide solutions to overcome problems, including installation and servicing of all machines in the region. - Assist customers with mould trials (in-house & on-site) for machine shipment and assembly of machines & machine operations at customer site. - Conduct training for customers on machine operating, troubleshooting machine issues, submitting field return parts for analysis, releasing flash for parts failure, and ensuring customer training and care visits. - Generate spare parts business, develop spare parts recommendations, prepare & submit service reports for each machine, and maintain software backup/hydraulics circuits & bill of material on service portal. **Qualifications Required:** - 6 to 8 years of experience in the field of injection moulding machine and maintenance. - Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Plastics/Mechatronics.
