They manage maintenance, vendors, and services, and mentor junior staff.We are seeking a Senior Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Leminar Integrated Facilities Management.The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of assigned facilities, ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient environment for all occupants.They will act as a key point of contact for emergencies, service requests, and stakeholder coordination.This role involves managing multiple client facility operations, overseeing vendor performance, and administering CAFM/CMMS systems.The coordinator will also support space planning, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Additionally, they will conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and mentor junior staff.
